To sign your child(ren) up for the Weber Before and After School Program, click the 'Enroll' button bellow, to find the Wait List Application.
Upon completion, the form can be dropped off at the Weber Elementary main office, or mailed to:

2022-2023 school year applications are due April 1, 2022. Our selection system works as a lottery system, meaning we will select at random.
