Weber Before and After School Program (Weber BASP) was founded by Weber Elementary parents in 1994 and continues to be guided by community members who believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming place to learn, grow, and belong.
As a nonprofit organization, our volunteer Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, financial oversight, and governance to ensure Weber BASP remains a trusted resource for Iowa City families today and for generations to come.
